Do Not Buy a Bike Online

I shopped around online for weeks, looking for the perfect ride, and found an 85 Yamaha Venture Royale with a trike kit in November. It's been in the shop twice, over $1700 in repairs and less than 50 miles. Disgusted.

Thanks for taking my call and taking the time to explain your situation with me in person.  As we discussed, it is often challenging to best address these issues effectively when a purchase is made long distance and shipped from our location.  Therefore, it was good to talk through your frustrations.  It is not our normal course of business to sell units without allowing the customer to first ride and inspect them.  We take pride in analyzing our used units and strive to do the best to ensure that they are in the best condition possible.  As we discussed, it’s difficult to catch everything, especially when it involves a 30 year old motorcycle.  Having said that, as I promised, I have relayed our phone conversation with the owner and he will be following up to discuss the situation with you as well.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or thoughts you’d like to share.

Tire-oil change

We were in town for Sturgis and noticed our cords showing on the back tire while stopped for gas in Spearfish. We drove straight over and they were able to replace the tire and do an oil change while they were at it. We were able to be back on the road in a few hours and enjoy the rest of the rally with no worries.

Service, the word says it all...

Service manager Troy, got my 14 CanAm Commander repairs completed quickly, it's never ran better, smooth as silk. Also helped with aftermarket warranty. Willing to do what was needed and jump through there hoops which helped to get the repair covered and $0 money out of pocket. Thanks Again!
